Membership cards

  • Winthrop-Campbell Sector: the purchase of a membership card is mendatory (resident: $ 20 | non-resident: $ 40)
  • Sector 1 and 2 (ZEC sector) : the purchase of a membership card is optional ($ 15). The member is entitled to discounts per day of fishing and on packages.

Students, families, youths, aged 60 and over

Purchase of access rights

The access rights are available at the reception station of the APRM located Campground Moisie River near Highway 138.

Below regulations for the draws of L’Association de protection de la rivière Moisie inc. (APRM) :

General regulations

REGULATIONS

  • To participe, the fisherman must be 16 years and over and be a member of the APRM.
  • One participation only. A person can not particpate more than once, the person may be registered as the main participant and also as a guest. 
  • Registering to a draw costs $ 5 dollars.
  • The participant must clearly and correctly complete a single form per draw, taking care to not forget any information, otherwise the card will be automatically rejected, without refund
  • Registration must be received by the organization before 14:00 at the Association office (Monday to Friday) or before 19:00 at the reception desk of the campground of the Moisie Rivier the day of the draw.
  • The draw takes place two days before the fishing trip (48 hours), at the office of the association.
  • Winners may book a maximum of 1 rod per day, depending on availability. Transfering a reservation is not permitted.
  • Winners have until 17:00, the day follwing the draw to pay their access rights, otherwise the access rights will be granted to the next person listed by winners' order.

Winners list

The draws regulations are the responsibility of the corporation operating the river. An attendant will attempt to contact the winners by telephone until 22:00 (call collect if necessary).

General regulations

REGULATIONS

  • One participation maximum per angler per river. 
  • The participation costs $ 5.00.
  • The participant must clearly and correctly complete a single form per draw, taking care to not forget any information, otherwise the card will be automatically rejected, without refund.
  • One phone number on the entry form will be accepted.
  • The participation form must be received by mail or fax no later than the day preceding the day of the draw, no later than 17:00.
  • Photocopies of the participation form are accepted as long as it respects the size of the original form.

Winners list

DRAWS AND WINNER LIST

  • The draw takes place at the office of the Corporation or at any other place determined by the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
  • The name of an individual can not appears more than once on the winner list.
  • It is in the participant's responsability to consult the winners list.

 

RESERVATION

  • The winner may reserve 2 fishing days maximum, 2 rods a day, consecutive of not.
  • Winners will be called the day of the draw starting at 10:00 am:
    • If the first winner’s line is busy, the second winner on the list is called, after which the first winner is called back. After each call down the list, the previous names for which no answer was received are called again in order.
    • If there is no answer during the telephone reservation period and the reservation is not made by the person designated as the replacement, the registration will be maintained. On the Monday following the reservations, a letter will be sent to the entrant, informing them that they have fifteen (15) days to choose from the remaining places.
  • Pre-season reservation holders cannot transfer their reservation to a third party.
  • The entire payment of the reservation must be received by the APRM within 15 days following the draw date. The reservation will be cancelled if the payment deadline is not respected.

 

ACCESS RIGHTS

  • The guest can obtain his access right only if the holder of the reservation has first obtaining his.

 

DEADLINES

The Friday preceding the draw The registration deadline for the draw is 17:00 ( keep in mind the postal delay)
The 3rd Saturday of March The pre-season draw occurs at 09:00 and it makes 100 winners .
Starting at 10:00 AM Telephone calls are made to all winners for the selection of fishing days.
April 7th Deadline for the full payment of the cost of bookings made during the preseason draw. The reservation will be canceled if the deadline for payment is not met.
1st business day of May Telephone reservations for rods still available after the pre-season draw (1st come 1st served) for participants of the draw that will not yet have a reservation. Payable immediately
