What is the regular mentorship?

For over 15 years now, regular mentoring has been the FQSA's annual activity to introduce new people to salmon fishing. It usually takes place over the long Labor Day weekend.

Begginers to salmon fishing are supervised by passionate mentors. It's a weekend of sharing that you're sure to remember.

WHO IS THE REGULAR MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR?

The regular mentorship is for anyone who wants to learn fly fishing and salmon fishing. The program is for people who have never touched a fly rod before as well as for new salmon anglers (15 days of fishing or less) who are not yet comfortable fishing by themselves.

Pre-mentorship
$190 per person in double occupancy

• Thursday night’s accommodation

• Course on the basics of salmon fishing off the river

Mentorship
$650 per person in double occupancy

• Overnight accommodations on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Breakfast on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
• Dinner on Saturday and Sunday
• River access fees for Saturday and Sunday
• Accompaniment of a mentor

• Equipment loan
